DNDA Arts in Nature 2018 @ Camp Long

This was such a wonderful event! It's was so unique because it's all OUTDOORS! Hosted in beautiful Camp Long in West Seattle by Delridge Neighborhoods Development Association (DNDA) , this 2-day festival highlights artists, crafts, and vendors. View here for more artists involved.I painted 2 panels of animals native to the Pacific Northwest; A heron and a little bunny. I enlisted the help of the youth partipants there to help me think of animals they'd see in their neighborhood. The little bunny came up a few times and I challenged them to think of a different color bunny, why be constricted to the norm right? The panels are scheduled to be installed in a public place in 2019.Applications for more artists available for 2019.I highly recommend being apart of the event! >>APPLY HERE<<- Angelina
